Monday, December 16, 2013 @ 8:36 PM Today is definitely the best birthday celebration I have ever had for the past 18 years. At 10am these girls came pounding on my room door, completely taking me by surprise and sang happy birthday, holding 18 cupcakes from twelve cupcakes, a beautiful card and a green Llama plushie!This was planned by none other than my best friend Alicia who planned all this for me because she couldn't celebrate it with me as she left for Langkawi today. Was completely stunned, props to these girls for even managing to locate my house HAHA

Thereafter, I had lunch with my grandma, cousins and uncle (but I sadly do not have any photos to show)
After that, I went home to drop off their gifts for me and I went out to meet Jasmine for a quick shopping trip and dinner date! Food was delicious, we ate too much and we managed to do some productive shopping (or rather I did)
Ate spaghetti carbonara, chocolate lava and chips with Jas!
She was somehow convinced to buy Goose some hair brushes which I was unable to get at Daiso (even though she hates animals and still doesn't like Goose). Just yesterday, Alicia sent me a text to tell me she was coming over and she brought this lovely card 
This is the largest card Alicia has ever given me in our 11 years of friendship HAHA

Everything that happened today definitely made me very happy and I feel very loved. I didn't think I would feel this happy today but I couldn't ask for better friends :') Really exciting things coming up! Need to start practising harder for TPO repertoire in preparation for the TPO concert at the end of the year...I might also be composing music for a small film project! Details have yet to be confirmed and everything is still being planned. I'm also really looking forward to the teaching internship and I have some pretty good ideas, but only if the teachers are flexible enough to let me do what I would like to do. If not, there's no harm working around what they want me to teach :) I'm also going to purchase the Walking Dead Game season 2 when it comes out in 2 days time! Can't wait to play it. Definitely one of my happier days. Maybe it's not so bad after all because there's many people who love me for who I am :) |
