BLOCK TESTS HAVE STARTED!

Now with a few mins on my hands I thought I'd type an update. I'l be having my music practical tomorrow, which is exciting yet nerve-wrecking because I timed myself just now and I fell short of the time duration by a minute or so. For performing major you need to perform for at least 20 minutes. I was slightly less than 19 minutes by a few seconds D:

I hope they won't penalise marks for that...or even mention the time limit for that matter. Unless it makes a difference. Fingers crossed. Perhaps I'll play all of my pieces slightly slower than usual to fill up the time gap. I'll take things as they come :)

**UPDATE**: I asked my teacher before I left the venue if I was short of the time limit. She smiled and said just a little, so that's good news I hope! The beethoven sonata could have been much better imo, made 2 slips which could have been completely avoided if I hadn't lost my concentration for that split second. What's infuriating is that I have never made those slips EVER. Debussy was pretty ok, I was more prepared for it than Beethoven so I'm anticipating better remarks for Debussy. Kriesler was...so exhausting. I remembered having to take deep breaths after I was done to steady myself. I was so tired towards the end I cheated and played double stops for 4 out of 6 bars instead of the full quadruple stops >< I hope it was so fast they wouldn't notice HAHA. I need to build on my stamina, which is post-blocks agenda for music practical for now.
