Mr Lim managed to inject some life into my ideas and I think he has really helped to kick start my portfolio! Really grateful to have some guidance and now I feel at least things are on track for now. For the past few weeks I have been wrecking my brain over what my free composition to sound like, what kind of composition do I want it to be and the style it should be in.
Having some form of direction helps and I think it has helped to make my week better (:
On the side note I AM NEVER USING M1 AS A NETWOK PROVIDER AGAIN! I swear my phone cannot detect a signal in times when I really need to use my phone to call someone/ text someone urgently. I feel so handicapped; so much for it being a smartphone when now it has problems with basic functions such as texting and calling -.- I'll need to check with m1 to see if there is something they can do. At the rate this goes its as good as not having a phone altogether ): This has also sadly compromised my daily conversations with my best friend, school mates, etc. Boo.
Now to digress a bit, HCSE has 17 new juniors! (: Despite being very socially awkward I'm actually looking forward to meeting them. My new stand partner is a NYSE girl who went on the Europe trip with me!! No formal introductions are in order YAY. I think it'll be a blast. Now the only problem is getting used to playing the upper violin II part (since I usually play the lower part) and...the new seating arrangement.
I hope the juniors will accept me! I've never been able to successfully integrate fully into a big group of people but I'm going to try (:
