On thurs Dr Tan gave me the chance to conduct! It's been ages since I conducted (a year or so?). He asked if anyone was interested in conducting and I think I must have looked like I wanted to cos he turned his attention to me X) It felt good, having the baton and the power in my hands. The feeling after I finished conducting was great and it's been a long time since I felt that satisfied especially the last time I conducted was after syf/ SN Jubilate. Sadly, HCSE doesn't have the role of student conductor as the concert mistress is automatically the conductor. If not, that was the role I originally considered to run for in the strings exco :P

He asked me to consider like helping out with conducting when he's not around or when he needs me to! :O I think it'll be reliving what I loved to do in secondary school, but I'm not sure if I can be of much help in interpretation cos everybody is just technically damn good and quite expressive.

Hmm I'll ponder over that thought (:
