SN Homecoming Takeaways

I went to visit the newly-renovated school @ AMK during the homecoming ceremony! It looks really new and smells like concrete all over. I must credit for the quite-decent architecture although the place does look like a factory/prison with the grey interior. It feels quite cold to me. Like, it's not as colourful and warm as it used to be before it was renovated.

It's quite funny how when you're a student you can't stand the school and the system for nuts but when you leave and move on to the next phase of your life you look back and suddenly you miss the school so damn much and you forget most of the unpleasant events that has happened in that school.

Talking about SN turning IP next year, I'm not to happy about it. IP changes the entire school culture and its dynamics and I believe St. Nicks will be better off taking O levels. I wonder what the new JC will be called! Usually new JCs start off with a cut off point of like 20 (the extreme end) but given that the new JC will house 3 very good schools I don't think the cut off point will be that high. I'm predicting a cut off point of about 4-6?

Tomorrow's HCSE's Junior-Treat-Senior chalet! Will post some pics and hope it'll be fun!
