The teachers && conductors are being unfair and bias to the Sec 2s.

One thing, they're asking if we're ok with not putting us in SYF.
I mean sure, For Sec 3s, this is their first and last SYF.
For Sec 4's is their last SYF.
But does that mean that just because Sec2s still get a shot 2 years later...
...that we are at the bottom of the waiting list?

It's about talent. How good you are.
It makes the orchestra more whole.
Because it will sound good.
And not because it's some level's last chance so they come in top priority.
(I know we have to still be fair about them sometimes)
But is it more worth it to have:

1. An orchestra with good sound quality but not all the Sec3s and 4s are there
2. An orchestra with most of the Sec 3s and 4s with hardly any Sec 2s and the sound quality is not up to standard?

Time to take a stand and prove our rights.
